Favorite Workouts
My Workouts (What I Do):
CARDIO: always start with cardio to get your heart rate up my cardio routines are:
- intense jump rope
- running
- HIIT sprint/jog intervals
note: personally, i hate the treadmill.
- AB/CORE:
- 50 crunches
- 25 oblique cruches (x2)
- 3 sets of 20 - russian twists w/ 6 lb medicine ball
- 3 sets of 20 - leg lefts
- 2 sets of 15 (each side) hip raises
- 3 sets of 1 minute plans (different variations each time)
LEGS/GLUTES:
- 3 sets of 25 lunches w/ 20 lb weight
- 3 sets of 25 squats
- 2 sets of 20 jump squares
- 2 sets of 20 burpees (also amazing cardio)
- 2 sets of 20 high jumps (using bench with 5+ steps)
- inner thigh: bend down on all 4s and push bent leg to side
- glut press: all 4s push leg up to ceiling
- hip thrust
ARMS:
- seated chest press
- bicep curls
- tricep dips
- push ups
- planks w/ dumbbell arm lift
