sunsetsihaventseen asked: Hello there! Your blog is such an inspiration to me! My stats: HW 300, CW 288, GW 190 (by the end of this year) UGW 160. I lost 10 lbs last week and 2lbs yesterday. Is that normal. I know I'm very overweight and it isn't unusual to lose a lot in the beginning but I just want to make sure it's healthy weight loss. I'm eating 1800 calories a day doing the 30 day shred, 30 minutes of cardio, and some other strength training. Does it sound like I'm on the right track?
