Of course! So basically what i would do is cut out close to all liquid calories so nooo soda/sugary drinks. Also, I know it’s kind of a given but no fast food and limit going out to eat because you have no clue how much butter or oil can be snuck into any plate
Fiber is great for losing weight and protein of course especially if you’re trying to build up muscle.
For breakfast I love Vitatop muffins or whole wheat toast with yogurt, for lunch I love salad, fruit, and hummus wraps, and for dinner i love salmon with veggies.
But, again I have ton of healthy meals on my page which is mainly what I eat :)
