I feel like I haven't been on here that much...
I’m really gonna try to post more on here!! But I thought I’d quickly share my diet + exercise for today :) Diet: Breakfast: 1 60 calorie pita w/ tsp pb and a banana Lunch: small salad + salmon filet and grilled asparagus  Pre Workout: 1 cup dry fiber one cereal Dinner: salad w/ veggie burger + greek yogurt Exercise: 1 hour spin class :) SO INTENSE! I LOVE IT.
