About Me

I’m a 17 year old high school girl who has always been insecure. I’ve never been particularly skinny, and I’ve never been particularly heavy. My ideal body would be a thin frame with lots of tone and muscle. At the start of this year, I promised myself I would stop being so insecure about my body and actually make something change. 

For about 6 months, I’ve lived a healthy active lifestyle and I’m loving it. There are obviously some low points but I’ve never been happier about where my body is going. 

I’m now starting to notice that if you want your body to change…it actually can happen as long as your willing to put in the work and the effort. 

I started my weight loss journey a while ago and this blog is starting in the middle. But it’s a great way to keep me on track and motivated and I hope it will be the same for you. 

This blog will be my fitspo and I also hope it will be yours :) 

Stop feeling insecure about your body, because you CAN ‘better it’ with hard work, and determination. 

Along with exercise, nutrition is sooo important. I’ve done so much research and I would LOVE to answer any questions you may have.

I can’t stress enough that the successful way to lose weight is to be healthy. I have seen so many girls my age think the way to lose weight is to simply not eat. This will nottttt work, so please put in the extra effort and don’t cut any corners and you will get there :)
